KAF COFFEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED operates the KAF Coffee Android application.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when users browse coffee products, manage their cart and favorites, save app preferences, submit order or service requests, use coffee-planning tools or contact customer support.

By using KAF Coffee, users acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Section 02

Information Users Provide

Depending on the features used, users may voluntarily provide:

  • Selected coffee products and quantities

Local information is used to provide app functionality and may not be transmitted to KAF COFFEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED unless the user submits an order, inquiry, support request or another form.

Users can remove locally stored information through the app's Clear Local App Data option, Android application settings or by uninstalling the app.

Section 04

Submitted Orders and Inquiries

When a user submits an order request, office inquiry, event request or support message, the information entered may be sent to KAF COFFEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED through the communication method shown in the app.

Submitted information may be used to:

  • Review the request
  • Contact the user
  • Confirm product or service availability
  • Prepare a quotation
  • Arrange delivery or service
  • Respond to support questions
  • Maintain necessary business records

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee product availability, delivery coverage, service acceptance or a final price.

Technical and Network Information

The app may make internet requests to load coffee images, product content or other online resources.

Internet, hosting or content providers may automatically receive limited technical information required to process a request, such as:

  • Internet Protocol address
  • Device or operating-system information
  • Requested resource
  • Date and time of the request
  • Basic diagnostic information

KAF Coffee does not use this information to make financial, medical, employment or eligibility decisions.

Notifications

KAF Coffee may request permission to display notifications.

Notifications may include:

  • Cart updates
  • Order-request updates
  • New menu information

  • Relevant coffee offers

Users can disable notifications through the app settings or Android device settings.

The app does not require notification permission for users to browse the menu.

Section 07

Payments

The current version of KAF Coffee does not directly collect or store credit-card numbers, debit-card numbers, bank-account details, mobile-wallet credentials or online-banking passwords.

Prices and charges displayed in the app are provided for order-planning and request-submission purposes. Final availability and applicable charges should be reviewed before completing an order.

Should a third-party payment service be introduced in a future version, its data practices and applicable terms will be disclosed before that feature is used.

Section 08

Permissions

KAF Coffee may use the following Android capabilities:

  • Internet access — Used to load online images or content and support communication features.
  • Notification permission — Used to show optional app and order-related notifications.
  • Local storage managed by the app — Used to remember cart products, favorites, settings, profile details and saved addresses.

The current app is not intended to require access to contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone recordings or unrelated files.

Any future permission will be requested only where needed for a clearly explained app function.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • Operate the app
  • Display coffee products
  • Maintain cart and favorite selections
  • Process submitted requests
  • Provide customer support
  • Respond to office or event inquiries
  • Improve app reliability
  • Protect the app and users from misuse
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements
  • Communicate important service information

Personal information will not be used for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate notice or consent where required.

Users should not submit passwords, banking credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information through general inquiry forms.

Section 12

Data Retention

Information stored only on the device remains there until the user:

  • Deletes it inside the app
  • Clears the app's storage
  • Resets the application
  • Uninstalls the application

Submitted order, inquiry and support information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Fulfil the request
  • Provide customer service
  • Resolve disputes
  • Maintain required business records
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted, securely disposed of or anonymized.

Access, Correction and Deletion

Users may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information submitted to KAF COFFEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED by contacting:

KAF COFFEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED may request reasonable verification before processing a privacy request. Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business-record obligations.

The current guest-based version does not require users to create a server-side account. If account creation is introduced, users will be provided with applicable account and data-deletion controls.

Section 14

Children's Privacy

KAF Coffee is a general coffee menu, ordering and business-services application. It is not specifically designed for children.

KAF COFFEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED does not knowingly request personal information from children through features intended specifically for children. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact the company to request its review or deletion.

Section 15

Third-Party Services

The app may use external services to load images, open email applications, provide hosting or support communication.

Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Users should review the privacy information provided by any external service they choose to use.

KAF COFFEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of unrelated third-party websites or applications.

Section 16

International Processing

Service providers used to operate app content or communications may process limited information in countries outside Pakistan.

Where applicable, reasonable measures will be used to ensure that information is handled consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when:
